Important information

How to collect the keys?

Before your arrival, you will receive a link to the Click&Stay stay manager, where you will find comprehensive information about your stay and complete all formalities related to the trip.

Check-in times:

  • Check in: 16:00
  • Check out: 11:00

Individual check-in times should be agreed directly with the local office. Please contact us at least one day before arrival.

Invoices

To obtain an invoice, please provide your details within 24 hours of receiving confirmation. You must enter the information yourself in the tourist panel or send the invoice data to faktury@pobyty.pl, providing the reservation number in the subject.

Any modifications to invoices, e.g. change of data, splitting the invoice, are possible up to 2 days after the end of the stay.

Charges not included in the price of the stay:

Deposit – pre-authorisation of PLN 300

Resort tax: PLN 3.22 per person per night

The technical payment process is carried out by external payment operators, according to the rules described in their terms and conditions. Payment operators are responsible for the execution of the payment process and handling user complaints.
